Full Text
A. The maximum nonresidential floor area ratio shall be 0.15 based on the total development parcel. The maximum residential density shall be two homes per acre based on the total development parcel.
B. No density bonuses from any other section of the Sykesville Zoning Code shall be permitted in the PEC - Planned Employment Center.
